Intermountain Health Family Medicine Physician with OB in Panguitch, Utah

About this role.

As a family medicine physician with an obstetrics practice, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you will serve a vibrant rural community in central Utah providing care to a broad variety of patients.

· You will practice at Garfield Memorial Hospital in Panguitch, UT

· You’ll support outpatient clinics in Panguitch and nearby communities

· ED call covera is rotated evenly between four physicians along with inpatient rounding at Garfield Memorial Hospital

· You’ll be supported by RNs, Midwifery, and three APPs

· This position includes a  $30,000  sign-on bonus, and up to $20,000  in relocation assistance

Requirements of this role:

· MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

· Residency training in Family Medicine with OB

· Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine

· Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

· Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$7.25 - $999.99
