Intermountain Healthcare is seeking an Endocrinologist (Endocrinology) to join our team in Nevada. Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with experienced medical leadership and support. Collaborate with primary care providers to consult, diagnose, and treat patients with chronic endocrine disorders. Help advance care initiatives, improve community resources, and participate in clinic expansion projects in partnership with medical leadership.

Practice Information

  • Clinic: Multiple practice locations in Las Vegas with planned openings in high growth areas in Southern Nevada.

  • Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday 8a-5pm; no nights, weekends, or hospital call

  • Flexible work week schedule options to include a 4/10 and 5/8 option with dedicated administrative time.

  • Daily workflow: Standard 20-minute established and 40-minute template. Flexibility in creating provider specific workflow within daily templates

  • Opportunity to pursue care delivery in focus areas aligned with Endocrinology and population health that can include but are not limited to:

  • Obesity Medicine

  • Thyroid/ Women’s Health

  • Gender Dysphoria

  • Pre-Diabetes

  • Bone Health Collaborative provider led decision making

  • Strong team environment

  • Commitment to the delivery of healthcare that is provider and patient centered

  • Certified Diabetes Educator & RN clinical support

  • Onsite testing and diagnostic availability:

  • HbA1c testing with resulting within 7 mins

  • Dexcom CGM pro placement & monitoring

  • Osteo Infusion/ injection therapy

  • Endocrine suppression & stimulation testing including Cosyntropin stimulation tests

  • DM eye exam program

Requirements

  • Unrestricted Nevada MD/DO license

  • Current Nevada DEA certificate and pharmacy license required prior to start date

  • BC/BE Endocrinology

  • Must be comfortable managing-controlled substances and patients with chronic/complex/multi conditions and such as diabetes
