OBGYN Physician (Obstetrics/Gynecology)

Practice Information

  • Opportunity for an OB/GYN to join Heber Valley OB/GYN, in Heber City, Utah. We are a team of two physicians and one nurse practitioner, with back up and call support available from the larger Intermountain Women Health's team.

  • Large Family Medicine referral base.

  • Supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff in clinic, labor and delivery and operating room.

  • MFM and Neonatology virtual consult available 24/7

  • Heber Valley Hospital is a 19-bed facility, housing three operating rooms, one procedure room, nine surgical recovery rooms, seven ER treatment rooms. The hospital is home to a full service emergency department, 24/7 lab, dexa-scanner, digital mammography, and physical therapy. With our specialty clinic on campus, we offer services in Women’s Health, Primary Care, Pediatric, and Gastroenterology.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

  • U.S. ACGME Residency

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification

Heber Valley is nestled in Utah's Wasatch Mountains only 45-minute drive from Salt Lake City and adjacent to Park City. It was a venue for both cross-country skiing and biathlon during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. It continues to offer convenient access to world class resorts. It also features five championship golf courses and blue-ribbon fly-fishing. Year-round activities include snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, horseback riding, mountain biking, camping, boating, hot air ballooning, water sports, scuba diving, and more. In addition, unique area attractions include the historic, steam-driven Heber Valley Railroad, beautiful Cascade Springs and other scenic drives, three reservoirs, four ski resorts and three national forests/state parks within a 45 minute drive.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$7.25 - $999.99
